Coaching
For adults finding their footing after a big transition. You made it through. Now what?
Maybe you finished treatment, a program, or a hard chapter. You're doing okay on paper. But something still feels unsettled, and the people who showed up for the crisis have gone back to their lives. That's the stage I work in.Who I work with
People who did the hard part, getting through, and now feel a little lost about what comes next. Maybe it's after treatment, a program, a loss, or a big change. Coaching isn't therapy. It's for people who are steady and ready to build something.About me
In 2008 my life came apart, and I got sober that year. What came next became my life's work. I spent years as a field guide and transition house director in wilderness and adventure therapy, and I kept seeing people lose what they'd gained once they got home.I'm also a PADI scuba instructor with more than 1,000 dives. The water taught me the same thing recovery did: stay steady when everything in you wants to panic, and trust the person beside you.
